Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times? In Italy: 2-3 business days via Bartolini (BRT) (free for orders over €90). Poste Italiane, GLS, FedEx and TNT: 3-5 days. DHL: 24 business hours. Europe: 4-7 days. International: 7-12 days.

Is delivery free? Yes, for purchases over €150 in Italy. Below that, standard delivery costs €8.90. Every order includes two complimentary samples.

How can I track my order? You will receive an email with the tracking number upon shipment. You can also check the status from your customer account, under "My orders."

Can I modify or cancel my order? Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order, by writing to us at contact@skinora.it. After this time, the order is being prepared and can no longer be modified.

Products & Ingredients

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? Yes. 100% of our formulas are vegan (no animal-derived ingredients) and cruelty-free, certified Leaping Bunny.

Where are your skincare products made? All our skincare products are formulated and packaged in Italy, in an ISO 22716 certified laboratory (good manufacturing practices for cosmetics).

Are they suitable for sensitive skin? Our formulas are dermatologically tested and designed to minimize the risk of reactions. The majority of our range is suitable for sensitive skin. If in doubt, write to us: we will offer a suitable sample.

What is the shelf life after opening? The PAO (Period After Opening) icon appears on each packaging: 6M, 9M, or 12M depending on the formula. Store your products away from direct light and heat.

Our BEAUTY range is developed by SKINORA in partnership with a European laboratory.

For our HOME range, we offer a selection of products from mihi, a European brand specializing in natural household formulas. A transparent approach that allows us to guarantee the consistency of our clean universe, without compromising on quality.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? You have 30 days to return an unused product, in its original packaging. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

What if I'm not satisfied with my product? Our satisfaction or money-back guarantee applies even if the product has been opened. Write to contact@skinora.it describing your experience: we will offer you another product or a refund.

Account & Loyalty

How does the loyalty program work? Every euro spent = 1 point. Starting from 100 points, unlock a €5 discount. Bonus: 50 points for your birthday, 30 points per referral, double points on refills.

How do I delete my account? From "My Account → Preferences → Delete Account," or by writing to us at contact@skinora.it.
