A shop that is transparent about what it sells, where the products come from, and what you can expect from us.

Official mihi retailer
SKINORA is an official and authorised retailer of products from the mihi brand, a company based in Poland, under an agreement with the brand. SKINORA is the name of our shop, not a product brand.

Reliable product information
The composition, ingredients and precautions for use for each product are those provided by the mihi brand. You can find them on the product page and on the packaging.

Transparency
Do you have a question about a product, its composition or its origin? Email us at contact@skinora.it. We’ll reply within 48 hours.

Satisfaction or exchange
You have 14 days to change your mind, without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day ‘satisfied or exchange’ guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a product, we will exchange it for another (excluding roll-ons, metal applicators and single-use fabric masks once opened). This guarantee does not entitle you to a refund and in no way limits your right to withdraw from the contract or the statutory guarantee of conformity.

Returns
Returns from Italy and other EU countries are free, including when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal. For the United Kingdom and other destinations outside the EU, return costs relating to withdrawal or the commercial guarantee are borne by the customer, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Secure payment
You can pay by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal or Klarna, via secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
