Skinora delivers to Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, the European Union, and internationally (excluding a list of restricted countries, which can be viewed at checkout).

- Bartolini (BRT) · 2-3 business days · €5.60 (free for orders over €90)
- Poste Italiane · 3-5 days · €5.90 (free for orders over €50)
- GLS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT · 24 business hours · €7.90
Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France
- Standard · 4-6 days · €6.60 (free for orders over €150)
- Express · 48 hours · €14.90
European Union (excluding the above-mentioned areas)
- Standard: 4-7 days · €5.90
- Express: 2-3 days · €19.90
International (rest of the world)
- Prices and delivery times calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
ORDER PREPARATION
Any order placed before 2 PM on a business day is shipped the same day. Weekend and public holiday orders are shipped on the next business day.
CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
You will receive by email:
- An order confirmation at the time of payment
- A shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the carrier picks up the package
Logged-in customers can also track all their orders from their personal account.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
In case of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at the time of order, additional fees may apply for redelivery of the package. Please double-check your address before confirming.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGE
If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, or if more than 5 business days have passed without tracking progress: contact us at ciao@skinora.it. We will immediately launch a carrier investigation and keep you informed of its progress.
