Natural vitamin D in its most absorbable form (cholecalciferol) at a dosage of 2000 IU in safflower oil for better vitamin absorption. The softgel capsules are convenient to take. One capsule per day is sufficient; the dosage can be adjusted according to a doctor's recommendations. The product is manufactured in accordance with GMP and HACCP standards. Contains no gluten.

Take 1 capsule in the morning with a meal or immediately after. Particularly recommended during months with less solar activity - from September to April. The dosage and timing of administration may be modified upon the recommendation of a physician.

For adults 18 years and older. For pregnant and breastfeeding women, take only after consulting a doctor. Menopausal women, men, and women over 75 may increase the dose upon a doctor's recommendation.
