Application:

• Apply a thin layer to the skin, massaging in circular motions.
• After 10–20 minutes, rinse off with warm water or remove with a damp cloth.
• Use 2–3 times per week.
• For bruises: apply immediately after an injury that may cause a hematoma, then 2–3 times daily until the bruise disappears.
• Wash hands thoroughly after application and avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth.
