How to use

Apply the gloss to your lips using the applicator, keeping it within the contours; you will feel a slight tingling sensation after a few seconds. It can be used over decorative lipstick. For best results, we recommend exfoliating your lips with LIP PEELING BALM MARSHMALLOW 050504 before applying the plumper.
