Apply a small amount of cream balm to the skin in the desired area. Massage in using circular movements for 3 to 5 minutes until fully absorbed. For added warmth, cover the area with a woollen or fleece cloth. Recommended use: twice a day for a course of 1 to 4 weeks. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap after application. Avoid contact with mucous membranes (eyes, nose, mouth). Do not apply to broken skin.
