MIHI Eye Pencil 07 Blue 1 g

The automatic pencil is very easy to use and does not need to be sharpened. The soft texture rests easily on the skin of the eyelid, making it safe to draw even on the inner waterline of the eye. Suitable for applying clear lines and wings, as well as for creating a smoky eye effect, as it blends easily and evenly. The blue pigment helps to visually brighten blue and grey eyes, and deepen brown and green eyes. Blue can be easily combined with other tones, creating interesting eye makeup variations. Lasts all day, does not fade. Contains ingredients that nourish, moisturize, and protect the delicate skin of the eyelids.
